All packages outside Latvia are shipped via Latvijas Pasts. All packages have a tracking number, sent to you after the order has been shipped.

If you are not completely happy with your order you can return it in 14 days after receiving the product. But please keep in mind that shipping costs are not refundable (unless items are faulty).
If you want to return the order, please note that:
You can open the product, but you cannot use it;
Item has to be returned in original packaging;
You cannot return personal hygiene products - tooth powder, toothbrush
Warranty is no longer valid if:
Item was damaged because of improper storage or care.
If you need to return your order, follow these steps:
Send an email to our team - firstname.lastname@example.org, describing the problem with your order.
We will respond to you shortly, with the details of the return address.
Securely package all the items you wish to return, and head to the local Post office.
Once we have received your package, we will inspect the items in 5 business days, and inform you of a refund.
